The device enables the user to mount flange valves of various variants in sizes ranging from DN 32 to DN 50. The device contains two mounting points. The user manually inserts the valve housing into the device, then manually inserts the subassemblies in sequence before activating the subsequent automatic assembly cycles with a button.

• screwing the valve seat by precisely adjusting the seat position,
• motor compression of springs via a spindle,
